This place suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff were helpful to my elderly parents. I recommend it for comfort. I’m coming back for Christmas.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was perfect for our large family, including three dogs. The spacious room allowed us to relax after exploring Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and we appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our time enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were minimal and could use more variety for families. It would be great if they offered healthier and more kid-friendly choices.

my stay at quality inn was quite pleasant. we enjoyed the great location, as it was close to everything we needed. cindy at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, making our check-in smooth. the pool area was a highlight too with a kiddie section for families, which was nice.
however, i did notice that the room needed a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness.

I had a great experience staying here as the room was clean and I loved that the pool area had comfy loungers for a nice afternoon chill. Plus, the microwave and fridge in the room made it easy to grab snacks and enjoy them in comfort. The only hiccup was a little confusion with my special request beforehand, but it all worked out well in the end! 😊

Just a solid selection for a short break in Saginaw with real value for money. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, which made a big difference.

missingWrote a review on Aug 13friendly staffquick check-inlingering odorscleanliness issues
The hotel had a friendly staff that quickly checked me in, but the room left much to be desired as it had lingering odors and cleanliness issues. The breakfast options could be improved, and getting towels was quite a hassle.

missingWrote a review on Aug 06poor cleanliness
Upon arrival, the cleanliness fell short on many levels—dust on surfaces, hair in the shower, and dirty carpets made for a less than pleasant experience. The parking lot left much to be desired, with noticeable potholes and scattered debris throughout. The persistent odor of smoke made navigating the hallways quite unpleasant, and the lack of a privacy curtain in our room didn't help matters either. On top of that, the shower didn't drain well, adding to the overall discomfort during my stay.

The parking and entryway could use better maintenance.
